I can't uninstall then reinstal stardock this happened on my old computer too :( in Stardock Support General

I need help uninstalling stardock from my computer i get this error and sometimes it just does nothing and i can't even just delete the folder that it is in. all this is extremely frustrating PLEASE HELP! The error is this : cannot delete fastload.dll access is denied. I need prompt help Please!
