Same issue. Dual monitors both using DP. Nvidia. Windows 10. One 4k and one 1080. Happens almost every boot. Restoring snapshot doesn't always work. Also happens if I lock computer, turn screens off while in use (not unplugging), or computer goes into power save. Emailed support (#FFT-776-47999) and their response was "If you look at the forums you will see how activate they are... If you post in the forums, you will be helped."
