adni; If I understand the problem, under the old system, if one didn't log in, one could do multiple downloads and they did count. This system makes it impossible to game the system that way.

I concur, Litestep is is a lot to take on if you are already feeling overwhelmed. It has a fairly steep learning curve but once you learn it, it can completely change the look of your desktop.
