I wish someone would sort this out!! I received the following e-mail from Stardock support on 3rd December - it is not particularly helpful as you can see, given that Kalypso do not even have the Ultimate Edition listed on their website. Providing a game without support or access to patches without stating this on the box is tantamount to theft. This is my first experience of a Stardock game and it hasn't been a good one so far....
