Achievements Feature Malfunction in Political Machine Stardock Forums

Hello everyone- I am currently running version 1.5 of The Political Machine 2008 on a computer without Internet access. However, it would appear that when I updated the software from version 1.0 via a specially arranged download, not all features worked properly. I am referring to the Achievements feature, which I enjoyed in the Express version and was hoping to see in the full game's update.
