I've a slightly simlar problem while trying to download Enternchment off both Impulse and the stardock website. Every time I try and finsh placing the order I get "Stardock Store Error" followed by a code and email adress to write. I'm not using paypal but I am using my Visa debit card to pay for it. I know all my information is right and I've tried all the tips the automated email response suggested and still I get the error. I've tried emailing the help adress again but I've yet to get a re
