You don't have to have 32-bit support that's really only if you want per pixel alpha which I don't want to use.
I'd hope anyone that has there hands in something such as this would have the appropriate software. But yes, I am using the latest build of WindowBlinds and SkinStudio. I'm having problems applying images to the window (top, bottom, left, right). No matter what I do the preview and the applied theme show no difference than the default blue theme you start with. I've tried using pre-made themes and even those have no effect when I change the default window images. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. (I'm using XP with SkinStudio 6.3 freeware on a very dated computer that only goes up to 24 bit color mode if that helps... lol).
