E.g. on https://forums.stardock.com/myposts I see every thread I ever created, however on http://forums.demigodthegame.com/myposts I only see threads, that are created in one of the Demigod forums, or in one of the forums, that are visible in http://forums.demigo

You don't need to set your fan speed to 100% and there shouldn't be any difference.
