wow, not a soul out there? not even tech support?

Hi I have been using Multiplicity for the past 3 years np at all. the minute i changed to WAN problems started to happen. mouse lags and stutters when on the second machine. and occasionally multiplicity disconnects. my internet is not affected the least. Any help is appreciated. both machine run win xp.

If i may add I have been using Myltiplicity for over 4 years now not a hitch until recently. the minute i switched to a WAN network, i started experiencing the mouse lag on the second machine and the ocaasional disconnects. I am stumped. Any help is appreciated oh and i use a standard logitech mouse, i did not see the exe file under processes on either machines.
