Good morning. I appreciate your initial post. Was it ever discovered if Deskscapes for XP would allow for dual monitors? I haven't seen any update on this on any of the forums. Whenever I run a dream, the main monitor shows the dream but the second monitor is black. Thanks for any help you can give Jason

Hi Zargon and all. I just wanted to followup with my earlier problem and let you know that it has been resolved. There was a new push of Impulse that solved my issue. THank you for your attention here. Jason
Hi Zargon, I appreciate the attention you've given my issue. Since talking to technical support, I've Reset the data and reloaded,Uninstalled Impulse and reinstalled it, and updated It. and still Impulse won't let me download deskscapes. Is there a workaround where I can get the download without Impulse? I don't know what else to do.
Jason, Please try going into the blue orb (top left, click on it, it is big and .. well .. blue) and click on preferences. From there you will see the "Reset Data" button. Click on that to force an XML update to your Impulse client.
Thank you for your reply. I did as you said and am still getting the exact same problem.
Jason4587 - Make sure you check for updates to Impulse. This should also pull down the latest product meta data. What version of DeskScapes does it say is available? If it's 2.50.X then you're on the right track. If you see it's 2.00.X you need an update. THank you for your reply. The Deskscapes available is 2.50.067 but clicking on it through Impulse (3.310.330) immediately brings up a popup box that says "This Program is not compatible with your Operating System". I'm running on XP
Hi. I keep reading these threads and I can't find anyone who is having my problem. I am running on XP, and my Impulse says that Deskscapes is available, but when I click it it is not compatible with my operating system. I do have the latest impulse (at least I think I do) and I do have the Theme Manager. Does anyone have any suggestions? Jason
