mp 1v1 small maps - Which cap ship first? in Strategy Sins Forums

It appears to me that in small multiplayer 1v1 maps, we should always get the Capital Ship with the ability to colonize as our first cap ship. Unless of course, we're doing tricks like the old embargo rush. True or false?
