Hello all, I'm trying to install Impulse to play my copy of Galactic Civilizations 2. However, when I try to install Impulse, the installer gets stuck in an infinite loop. The progress bar starts at empty, goes to full, and then back to empty. It does this in an infinite loop, repeated every 3 seconds. Anyone know what's going on? I have all the .NET redistributables installed, including 2.0, 3.5, and 4.0. Thanks,
