I've got the same problem here. C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs Explorer window keeps popping up every time I use CTRL-ALT-DEL to lock my screen. This started happening after I updated my Impulse apps, including Fences, on 01-Sep-2009. This is a major annoyance; any chance the developers can expedite a fix? I would really hate to uninstall what has (up til now) been a really great tool. Especially aft
