Sorry I am New at this I also have window blinds installed. I uninstalled it and it still does the same thing. I did notice it only does it after I use Internet Explorer or Stardock Programs I have Object Desktop, Bootskin and Logon Studio.
South Carolina Gamecock Theme and Think Green
I recently purchased a Desktop Theme from Mycolors and when I applied it my computer will not show the Logoff, Shutdown, and the Restart Pop up box. I know it has something to do with My Colors because it did not do it until I loaded MyColors and the new theme. The Theme is South Carolina Gamecocks It also does it on Think Green theme as well.
