I've just purchased Start 11 for Windows 11. On the right hand side, there are links to folders such as Documents, Pictures, Music. Is it possible to add a link to another folder called, for example, "Videos"? If so, how do I do it please?

Is there a setting that allows me to prevent Fences from snapping icons into position? I would prefer to line up the icons manually inside a fence Any help would be appreciated Thanks Tony
