I have a dock at the top of my desktop that is there only for my running applications. when I click on an icon in the dock, it minimizes the application. then I have to click it again to restore. I would like for the icons to NOT minimize the app. I would like it if clicking the icon would simply bring the app up into the forground. Clicking another icon would bring it up into the foreground and leave my last app in the background. The goal is that I don't
