How can I beat JFK? in Political Machine PolMach Forums

I have tried several times with varying startegies to beat JFK as the final Democratic candidate, but for every time I get the same result; a whooping! I oustpend him financially, with politcal capital and we usually split the endorsements. Usually I can muster 140-150 electoral votes but really have yet to even come close to beating him. Any suggestions, ideas, thoughts? PLEASE HELP! thx
