Well DaveRI, You were absolutely correct. I previously had the free version of ObjectDock installed, and I neglected to uninstall it. I uninstalled ObjectDock Free and ObjectDock Plus, reinstalled ObjectDock Plus, and now everything work as it should Thank you very much for the solution.

The subject pretty much sums it up. I installed under my administrator account, set up docks and themes, saved them, and then switched to a non-administrator account. When objectdock loaded, I got an empty dock. I tried to load the saved theme, but it wouldn't load anything. I tried to manually duplicate the docks and themes tat I had set up under the admin account, but when I closed objectdock and relaunched it, I got the same empty dock.
