for instance when i downloaded "dream" I had to go into the properties menu on the .exe,also the deelevate64 file,and the ds8Srv,files the i had to find the part of the file that was not communicating with my system.I have win 10 pro version.I have had to do this with Dream,multiplicity,and window fx.This,in my opinion is not fun.however window blinds has not had a problem loading .I dont know just giving up for tonight got work in the morning so I guess I will tackel the rest of ODT later.</

Wizard1956 Its more then just re configuring,I cant log into win customize ether,it wont let me in under my own password and it wont let me reset my password.By re configuring I am talking about when i down load a program I get an error message on each file within the program that I have to reset to an earlier time or older more stable version of that file.Does what I am saying

Ok so I decided to come back to stardock after a brief hiatus,and what to my sagrine do I find, but most of the suite needs to be reconfigured file by file.Is stardock not up to windows 10 level yet,dream had to be completely reconfigured the rest of the programs its just not worth the frustration and time to deal with the hassles of reconfiguring. I am so sorry I renewed my subscription.what a waste of 30.00 .

Long story short,I crashed my system,yep the whole damn thing gone... [e digicons]:waaaa:[/e] [e digicons]:waaaa:[/e] Now I start the long argues(sp.) task of reloading all of my programs,and when I try to reload my ODT,I can get back in to reload WB, or DT X,or any of my former StarDock programs.It is as though I was never there.no I didnt "back it up" (tears streaming down my face) what do I do now.Please help I still have win XP,and due to unemployment I dont see Win7 in m

I'm not new to the site but have found a new problem with Bootskin XP for about the last month or so every time I attempt to install a new bootskin I get an error message saying that this file is corrupt?I have removed Bootskin twice from my system and reloded it. the skins that I did have remained on my HD and work fine how ever when I try to install new ones I still get the same error message. Right I do understand substyles,at least the WB,s that show them in the WB.config.how ever these blinds I have down loaded say for Vista only,or if I understand you correctly you are saying all WB's work on XP. Vista windowBlinds work with my XP,sp.3 in Stardock Support General WinCustomize Forums

I have seen a few WB's that I like but they were for Vista OS.but I thought I would take the chance and use them anyway on my system,which is XP with SP.3 and they seem to work great,my Question is why?and will it cause system instability later on down the road? I'm still getting the "file not found"message.I have XP with SP3 installed.is this a possable reason that I am one of the few still having problems?

Hi all> I,m new to all of this too but I have had a similar problem Im running XP w/SP2 and I found that I have to chose which app. to run WB or My Colors,for some reason on my system they dont get along well(just like kids) any way once I dumped WB my colors worked well, then I dumped My Colors and WB work fine.
