I don't know if this will help but I started with my son who had ADHD is to make it a game I tell him I am watching the clock and can he beat his last time in getting ready he can do it in a matter of seconds, we lay his clothes out at night and then time him. Our problem with him is he does not have the attention span to finish eating he gets so distracted. I hope this helps
I know this is an old 2005 posting but I am having the same problem with my son, we spoke to his doctor this morning and we are going for an ultra sound, x-ray and labs as soon as they are schedualed.
