Not working for me either Chowdown - very poor support from Stardock on this one. IronClad is constantly down and when it is working it doesnt work well - maybe thats the reason no one plays online... No support for UPNP which causes NAT traversal bugs for loads of people who play online; this is quite a serious cock up in that regard since the "average" user will not know how to port forward correctly - also here in the UK, what about the Sky Broadband users who don't have access to their route
