This is a cut-and-paste job from my forum post. No one is answering that so I am re-positing it here in hopes that someone knows what the fix is: I purchased Deskscapes v2.00 about a week ago and ever since then I've had very inconsistant behavior. Anyone have any advice? Still can't get it to behave properly i.e. always has to be started manually upon computer startup (computer always starts initially with a black desktop instead of the dream animation). Shall I uninstall and tell credit card company?

I purchased Deskscapes v2.00 about a week ago and ever since then I've had very inconsistant behavior. When starting the computer, sometimes it will display just a black desktop, not the animation I had running when I last shutdown. Other times (like right now) the computer will boot and I'll see my animation (solar flare) run for about a second and then stop as if it is paused. Right-clicking and pausing-unpausing will not get it to start. I have to reselect the animation either through the
