Just one thing wasnt Stardock the one to pioneer this trend or was it really Valve that started it just asking.
In reference of GW Swicord comment yes thats right I was also thinking that mines and other off cities structures would be necessary for the game, like economy boosting mines or quest based towers would also be a neat adition. [e digicons]k5[/e]
Sorry if they already posted something similar but this has been around my mind lately: I want to be able to build a fortress in the middle of nowhere (or somewhere logical) and I want this structures to be like kinda powerful able to stop at least 1 or 2 turns a medium invading army, and as the developers where saying that you would have to give your power to create cities, but I would like fortreses to not be like cities, to be able to build them like you build a city wall (much mor
Oe question sorry if you already answered it, take for example I want to have a unit armed with a weak and cheap sword and another one with a legendary ultramega expensive sword, do I have, (like the analogy of galciv2) to research the better weapons or do I have to have certain resources (wood, iron, poop, wathever) or do I just research swords up to level 47or how is that going to work?
One question, can I reach Advanced level (tech stealing) by placing agents on the espionage screen, or do I have to put them in the planets???
Thanks Im checking them out right now, with this its sure gonna be easy to keep myself from eating my own fingers waiting fro elemental.
Well, Ive so exited about elemental and so depresed because of its launching date that i went hunting to similar games like elemental (turn-based strategy in a fantasy realm), I found Age of Wonders, and of course MoM, but I was wondering if there were other titles like this out there appart from those, but with civ managing not just character manaing, any suggestion? or comments about Age of Wonders or MoM?
Good choice, I think AOW:SM is the best one, as it is a union of a ll the best things of the past games plus its own addittions.
I agree with these in the inner economy part but every race should have, in my opinion a common international economy, to keep it playable or not as complicated, I think.
Its a board-RPG, like what you see in cartoons of a group of nerds gathering dresing up in fantasy clothing and throwing dices creating their own story. It has its own charm but very few people (me included) can appreciate it.
When I was updating I realized that DL also gets an update, did youchecked that one out? because for the time it took to download it seemed pretty big.
Another vote for the tourism income, it should have a lot more importance, also the trade it should also bee more important, like more trade routes or something. A personal one,I would really like to have more than 9 races in an inmense galaxy, somethime I cannot add a race or the other cause i can only play against (or with) 9 other ones, so thats been bothering me for a while.
If the Arnorian style is in the Drad Lords style is too, I know there is a mod but it always messes up the races ex: the humans end up with the Thalans tchs and styles, so yes?
