winstep.net's nexus dock has this freature ...if some notify event ,the docklet could shine.....

Hankers-the purchased Plus version， u see,I can "nantong,china",but can not "nanjing,china",

I tried two docklets, 26,384 bytes and 45,056 bytes but both failed,when I click "update", no list pop up.....
