Upon my screen waking from sleep my icons on the desktop rearrange, not the fences themselves (reboot has no effect on anything) I have a dual monitor setup with the left most screen setup oriented portrait, but is actually normally powered off (I use it when programming only) What I think is happening is that the icons are being repositioned like they are being displayed on the portrait monitor before refreshing, then the fences get positioned correctly.
