Yes I've tried the website feature, but every time I try an error message comes up saying: "Oops, there was an error with merging your registrations. Please click here to try again. If you need further assistance, you can contact Sales at sales@stardock.com"
I emailed them with the account that's linked to my Impulse. My Paypal account uses a different email. I requested a merger of the two accounts and I haven't heard back yet.
Hi I purchased SOASE: Trinity about 2 weeks ago. I payed for it through Paypal (which I'm sure is where my issue is) and received all the confirmation emails, but I still don't have the game. It doesn't show up in Impulse anywhere. I submitted a ticket last week but I still haven't heard back. Not sure what else I can do besides wait. Any suggestions?
