i already have gamemaker studio so any new game maker better be a whole lot magnitude better

i am interested in the games that make games can it help me to make something like master of orion? if not, then it is too simple

enhancements 1) switching from town to town using the pgup and pgdn key is great but not in the build mode can it be the same as well, it will go a long way to make game very friendly 2) any way to indicated when viewing towns or on the main screen that there are town enhancements in waiting instead of having to go into build to find out 3) in build mode, the next or previous town select hot key at the hot is useless because it jumps about when towns have different num
