SOLUTION!!!! I have been having the same issues described above, and like LadyAthena, no solution. I tried the above mentioned fix from GSFMrMoo1018 . No luck. Tried manually rebuilding icon cache. Nothing. Now I don't know why this is different, but I used Tune Up Utilities 2009 to solve this issue. Anyone having this issue can t
