Invisible Icons?!? in Icons WinCustomize Forums

After downloading iconpackager 3.2 (very impressed) however, I attempted to download packages from wincustomize.com onto my program. Upon dl completion I realized the file was on iconpackager but the icon pics did not appear, also, attempts to load the icon package resulted in an error. BTW what does that hazard triangle really mean? I have tried to refresh icon packages, and all tool applications, to no avail. I have also tried to apply different icon file formats
