that is interesting. But why do they advertise Fences and Fences Pro? And There is a Fences and a Fences Pro listed next to each other in my directory. And how does this comment help my problem?

I down loaded the most recent versions of Fences and Fences Pro. The HP and Dell had the same configurations. Both with I-5 processor and 8 gig memory. The only differences were the Dell had a non touch screen and used Win10 pro. The HP has a touch screen and uses Win10 home.

When I install the regular fences or the fences pro the shortcut icons on the screen become frozen and unmovable. I can make a fence but can't put anything in it. If I uninstall fences the icons are movable again. I am running Win10 on an HP laptop. A strange thing is this. Last week I bought a dell laptop with Win10 and had no problem putting icons in he fences. Unfortunately, the dell was malfunctioning in other ways and I returned it.
