Hi - I've had this same problem, and I have used the website at this page multiple times to attempt to update my e-mail address. After completing the info I get a confirm window that an email was sent to my address to complete the change. That e-mail never arrives. I've tried multiple times over multiple months and the same thing happens. Can I do a direct outreach to your support to make this change? Thanks, -S
