Okay, I found a clumsy "workaround": using the custom ObjectDockTray docklet, the tray icons appear without a problem - altough I have some minor problems with the docklet itself, so the built-in alternative would still be better...
I read trough the forum about the problem, but found no cure... On ObjectDock 1.90 Plus, my ObjectDock systray won't show up. Everything else works perfect, including Start Menu. What I suspect is that I have a stripped-down version of WinXP (created with nLite) but I don't remember removing any component that could cause this - nor do I believe that ObjectDock would dig that deep in system files. I'm in administrator mode (and the only user in the system). Any ideas?
