Hi Basj, Thanks, removing the old activation resolved the issue. :)

I'm getting a 205 error when attempting to activate multiplicity after re-installing windows 11 23H2. I've looked at the support article for error 205 and have tried renaming my PC a couple of times and can confirm that it only contains western characters. Multiplicity picks up my PC name fine when it's set to being a secondary. Any further ideas on what I can try?
