This may seem a somewhat simple question, however I am not using windows 8 or start8 myself so I need to ask. I have downloaded and purchased Start8 for a friend who is NOT AT ALL computer minded. Since recently purchasing her new computer she was lost without the start menu she was used to. I have sent her the Start8 exe and instructions basically telling her to run the exe file and follow instructions...entering the serial key and email etc. She should be fine with this. What I need to
