I've been with Stardock since 2002 & have never had any issues until June 10, 2022 when I went to download a wallpaper for deskscapes. My status had been changed from unlimited to 0 & my profile saying I'm a "past customer." ?? I emailed tech support for clarification of what I needed to do to be back in unlimited status. I mainly download for Deskscapes 10 (using Windows 7). My last purchases were 2021 for deskscapes, groupy, & cursorfx. I never rec
