Hello, I'm currently playing them also and that is what I determined. I believe you have to research techs that give you the buildings to build on the core worlds.

Thanks for this information, I will check these things out. Much appreciated.
I have a question about orbital academies, how many can I build in my civilization? I know they can only be built on core worlds but in my current game I built 3 and went to destroy one to put on another core world but I could not find the option to build another one. What am i missing?
Hi all, I have 2 questions. 1 -does the leader with the gambler trait ( -40% income ) go into effect when it is recruited or when it is assigned as a governor? 2-is there a way to obsolete old ship designs quicker using the key binding option? I finally found 2 that were not revealed and were different civs meaning I was expecting to steal 2 different techs from them using the Cosmic Eye trait they have. After using the trait and revealing the 2 different planets, I just stole 1 tech from one civ. Was really hoping I would have stole 1 fro
