yes I'm using XP, and I did uninstall the free version.

More information - giving myself (the user) permission on the folder and files and subfolders doesn't help. Also, the start button DOES work as an administrator, and DOES NOT work as a user.

Add this - it DOES work when I'm logged in as an administrator, but not when I'm logged in as a regular user. I'm sure that has something to do with it.

I can't get the systray to load. I purchased version 1.90 plus, build 535U today. I tell it to load the dock, but nothing happens. Am I supposed to have this sdmcp.exe program? I don't see it on my PC. I'm running xp pro.
