Quoting Wunderr85, reply 18 This is exactly what happened to me. Stardock referred me to Fastspring, who gave me the runaround. I got frustrated, emailed Stardock again, no reply. Then a few days later the support ticket was closed for "inactivity" on my part.<br

Stardock actually just replied, after a week, to tell me to contact another vendor. I'll say that again - their level of customer support is to tell me to contact the company they use for their broken shopping cart, not to do so themselves. After a week. Don't waste your time with this dismal company. Customer lost.
Quoting 9-Ball, reply 9 Fine idea, in theory. In practice, not so much. Submitted a ticket and separate email several days ago. Zero response. Unable to purchase a Stardock product. It would appear there's no interest in addressing a broken shopping cart.
To All having an issue with your Purchase , Please submit a Ticket here https://stardock.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/4/group/13 and only one ticket for your issue and wait for a response they are answered in the order received .. Patience Please .
Fine idea
This has been broken for days. I've tried checking out on Multiplicity using PayPal and several credit cards but it's simply broken. Opened a ticket several days ago, and mailed, but no reply/trace. Trying one more time, otherwise I'll buy someone else's product.
