Actually mines often show up for the enemy team on the ground, even with no totems. No idea if this is a bug, or if they appear after a certain amount of time or something.
They are visible to the enemy if they are placed too close to a tower belonging to said enemy.

Ground Spikes have scaling issues: http://forums.demigodthegame.com/358835/#2296482 Basically, as the game progresses people get more armor, thus the static effect of armor reduction makes the game less useful as the game progresses. Should the ability be changed to a percentage in armor reduction it would be less effective early on, but more effective late game... so, to be effective at all times it would probably need both a static and p

That's interesting... but quite disappointing. Basically, this simply adds to the proof that the QoT doesn't scale very well as the game goes on. A percentile effect would eliminate the ability to send towers (and players) into the negative, but it would allow for better scaling as the game continues. Of course, the downside to such a change is that the ability would be less effective early on.

This item exists... It's called "Orb of Veiled Storms"; it's an artifact that costs 8000 and has some other benefits. My opinion: Hell no, this item would be far to powerful (this + Universal Gadget = 1000 damage at level 1). Also, characters level fast enough as it is, and some are meant to level faster/slower than others.
man you are out off your mind, most off all players need to think new strategy for game, if most off thins will be in update patch
Really? What kind of player really relies on artifacts that much? A decent strategy doesn't even consider artifacts, as you would only ever get them if you were already so far ahead.

1) Yes, this feature would be great... it'd be nice to have a "Random Demigod" feature for a specific faction (light/dark) for use in Pantheon. 2) Premades, premades, premades... They're all the talk as of late. I don't find them to be much of an issue, even in Pantheon. I have done the premade thing quite a number of times, but a number of times you have to leave and rejoin; this takes up time, and I've noticed it resulting in a loss a number of times. Basically, the game puts AI in

Something similiar has happened with pantheon too. Perhaps I left the matchmaking, or I crashed, and the match lists me as having lost (0 favor rewarded) and it's really quite unpleasant to lose a match I never played. [e digicons]:'([/e]

1. Most of the items in the game could use some love. What are your thoughts on pricing, effects, and synergy? How can we make the items more dynamic with the least effort? Helmets need a bit of work. Some are too good to not take, and others are not worth looking at. Gloves... I'm not too fond of them to be honest. More effects would probably be best, I don't think that a flat out damage boost would be all that desirable... mostly t

Prison and Exile are my favorites, but they seem to be the least favorite of many people. Of course, I really hate the Four Brothers map... Hopefully they make more maps like Exile, but without the chokepoint at the citadel.

What's with all the necro lately? Pounce is fine, of course, but what this thread really points out is that QoT doesn't have a stun. :P BUFF QOT!!!! NERF NECROMANCERS!!!!!

I'd go forward in time, achieve immortality, and then go a ways back in time so that I can observe history for what it was instead of how it was recorded.

Sounds like one-sided research to me. The question to ask is more or less "Have videogames had a significant impact, in your own life, on: " It'd help create a better paper in the end because the only values that could be assigned to this these responses are zero (0) and negative one (-1) and so the end result will either be zero or a negative value... there's no sort of positive outcome here and so it doesn't really help the cause. It'd be more likely to be used as ammunition ag
This game is poorly supported. More game companies could learn from Blizzards success. Yes, now they are a huge company that has the resources to update and balance just about anything, but when they first started they still produced good initial games, and quick patches to resolve balance and play issues. In other words, they respected their clients.
Huh? I'm pretty sure that they were patching Starcraft for a number of years after its release. Diablo 2 had (and pr
