I Recently had the same problem. I'm running vista 32 bit. I e-mailed support in regards to this matter and all is well again. this was thier reply... Please first do the following: -Remove all soundpacks in %allusersprofile%\Application Data\stardock\SoundPackager -Delete %userprofile%\Application Data\Stardock\SoundPackager -Go to the C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\SoundPackager\Skin directory and rename SoundPackagerSkin.dll file.
