Can you provide instructions on how to see the issue in Ebay Turbo Lister please.
Neil, I did some further investigations on eBay Turbo Lister. I deinstalled and reinstalled on my Windows 7 machine. However, I installed it in Windows XP SP3 compatibility mode and run it in the same mode. Now it works. So, it was not a WB problem.
Can you provide instructions on how to see the issue in Ebay Turbo Lister please. The issue with the newer beta causing Outlook to be upset is known and the next build will fix that.
Thanks for the upcoming fix for Outlook. In Turbo Lister open an article, either an active or an archived one. All text is missing in the form and on the buttons. On a Windows 7 virtual machine (VMware 6.5) without WB this probl
I have also checked ebay turbo lister and the app looks fine here. Are you able to provide instructions on how to reproduce it? I also tried the ProDAD standalone apps which broke rendering in all apps (with or without WB running) on Windows 7.
Ebay Turbo Lister has the same symptoms has outlook 2007 had before. The outlook 2007 problem is solved now. The ProDAD problem was not caused by WB! ProDA
We have reproduced this and it should be solved in the next beta update.
That is good news then today I found a bunch of other important applications, important for me, that suffer from the same problem: the ProDAD video effects plugins for Avid Liquid 7 and Pinnacle Studio 14.

My answer is: Yes and No ;-) I have WB 6.10.081 installed on two computers, each with Windows Vista Ultimate x64 SP1 and each with the StealthOS skin. On both machines I use the Marble2 Explorer background. On computer #1 the background works fine both in Explorer minimized and maximized. On computer #2 the background works fine in Explorer minimized but in maximized the background is white. WB settings on both computers are exactly the same. I can't figure out why
Neil (or anyone) I realize this thread focuses on stability mainly; but I would really like to know if any of the limitations below have been addressed:https://forums.stardock.com/310458Thanks!Michael
Depending on where I look, WindowBlinds, Impulse or Stardock Central I am now on WB version 6.1 or 6.09rc. I noticed the following improvements: 1) since 3 days no Windows Explorer crashing anymore due to WB crashing; 2) icons in the notification tray are n
This..sttill crashes explorer all the fucking time... can I just get a exe for a old stable version emailed to me? I was gonna quit uninstall, and go back to aero, but with vistaglazz SP1 in beta, I can't.
I installed WB 6.10.078 yesterday on my test machine and since then it seems that the Windows Explorer crashes are gone. I hope this is not a coincidence.

@Geminisama: I completely concur with you. My conclusion is that the "unique interaction" as mentioned by Zubaz is the fact that we use Windows Vista, x86 or x64. I love WB very much, I love the skins very much. But between the Windows Explorer crashes caused by WB6 I have to do some work work on my PC. I had no other choice than abandoning WB6 on my production PC, as I had to abandon DesktopX before. It's a pity for the money but the WB crashes cost me even more money by being unable to work ef

OK! Wizard1956 is right, we should contribute in a positive way. Here is my first crash of today at 07:30. The unique interaction was that I tried to open a Windows Explorer window to view pictures. It seems that both Wizard1956 and myself are using Windows Vista SP1 (6.0.6001.18000). However, Wizard1956 uses Windows Vista x86 (WBlind.dll) and I am using Windows Vista x64 (Wblind64.dll). @Neil: just a suggestion, maybe you should look at Vista SP1 issues. Then there are also other prob
Seppchen: The last thing you posted was that the explorer crashing issue had stopped with the 6.09e(b).126 build. Is this not the case?
Yes and no, I am now using WB 6.09 (b).135 and WB is still crashing. Apart from that, there are other WB problems which I reported in other threads. Like incorrect skinning of system windows, garbled icons in the notification bar. Upon your advise I reverted to the latest non-beta version, unfortunately at no avail. So I kept installi
Thanks replaceme2 for your hard work. I use a lot of graphics software and wondered if Vista x64 would be better than XP x64. I have yet to see XP x64 crash and have pushed it well beyond my expectations of limits.I am so glad Stardock supports this OS. I am still looking forward to 2012 to retool with the new Windows, SSDs, cloud computing, x256 etc. and I might even be a better artist by then
I am using Vista Ultimate x64 SP1 on two machines, one for video processing an

@geminisama: Thanks for your note ! It is important that Stardock customers keep complaining about their malfunctioning products. I have the impression that it is Stardock corporate policy to stop responding as soon as users get tired complaining. I tried every stable version of WB and I tried every beta version with the slight hope that some problems are cured. They are not ! And it is not only WB crashing on my Vista boxes, also the wrong skinning for system windows is not resolved ye
