NVM. It appears it is all UAC related. Can I presume you guys are running with UAC off or is there some other workaround I'm missing?

I'm drawing a blank searching for any posts reporting the same problem I'm having, if I try to drag new items onto the dock I get the Windows "no entry" icon and items don't add when dropped. Also dragging anything to the recycle bin on the bar gives a "recycle bin is full
