Galciv2.com shows two different sysreqs for Twilight of the Arnor. https://www.galciv2.com/Purchase.aspx says that the minimum is a Pentium 4 1.5GHz or equivalent processor with 512MB RAM, 128MB DirectX 9.0c compatible video card. https://forums.galciv2.com/310173 claims the following: Windows XP or Windows Vista on a 1 GHz PC with a DirectX 9 capable video card, at least 64MB of video memory.
