I am having this problem too - the service is not being installed on my secondary machine. No matter how many times I restart, reinstall and switch between primary and secondary mode, the service does not get installed and the program does not work. Both of my machines are Vista x64. UAC and Firewall are completely turned off on both. Any help is very much appreciated
