Thanks for that info & your prompt response - I've registered a ticket via that link. FYI, I didn't receive an automated response. I'll check with my ISP to see if there's an issue there, but I doubt it. I habve, of course, granted permission for "@stardock" & "@galciv" domains on my permission-based spam filter. Do you as a company use any other domains I might need to whitelist?

How long does it take to correct an email issue? I use a different email on my PayPal account (my chosen method of payment) than my regular email: I paid for my copy of GalCivII last Friday (16 Nov.) and emailed support the same day to ask them to "match up" the emails, or whatever needs to be done. As of today I've still not heard anything, and still cannot download the game via StarDock. I've enjoyed the demo so much, I'm really looking forward to getting to play it properly
