How you make wallpapers ? in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

It must be fun to create wallpapers. I would like to try it, but I dont know what program are you using. I have PrintShop Deluxe, Version 12. Is that any good to create high-res wallpapers? Thanks for your help! Humalla
