Not sure if this is by design or a bug, but the option to open the Start Menu and show the All programs list doesn't appear to work when the 'Windows Launcher' style is selected. Would be nice if it did :) James
I'm running Start 11 as well. I am not running an insider build. Below are screenshots confirming that.
It is not a beta/insider build. I am running the DeskScape build released today, which I purchased. Version 11. The issue occurs every time I unlock my PC. It might also occur when it goes to sleep, but I don't do that often.
When I unlock my PC, the DeskScape image has been replaced with my standard Windows 11 one. The time on the wallpaper still shows though. Clicking 'resume' in the system tray does nothing. I have to open DeskScape and apply the image again. At which point File Explorer opens. The image is applied though, until my PC locks again, at which point the issue occurs again. This is with the paid version running 22623.1028

In Start11, could Windows Store be added as a Standard Location under Start Menu > Configuration > Shortcut List? Btw, the insert image function doesn't work in latest stable Edge. Get a tiny 'Insert/edit image' dialog box.
I have 'Open All Programs List' enabled. When this is on, could the Back button be hidden and after searching return me to the the Program list, rather than my blank screen?
