Ship Builder Missing Styles Tab and other Factions Parts (yes I enabled show all parts and ships) in GalCiv III Support GalCiv3 Forums

Hello, So... This is peculiar... I am trying to design some ships, but I'm unable to see parts from other factions and the only tabs I have at the top are Size and Type. Now I've enabled "Show Parts From Other Styles" (See Below) and even "Show all ship designs" just for good measure and it doesn't make a difference. I've uninstalled and re-installed my game from my external to my primary hard drive thinking maybe that was causing some kind of issue,
