Hi all, The idea of widgets, gadgets and objects are all very cool, but how many Weather, meter and clock gadgets do we need? There has got to be more to them than just that! SWF in Widget in Widget talk WinCustomize Forums

As the title states: Is it possible to have a widget that runs swf file? and if so, how do you do it? I am not talking about making an external link to a url, or html page, but implementing a swf within the widget or object itself!! I know it was discussed a few years ago, but DesktopX has come a long way and I am just curious if this feature is possible now.

Hi, I'm pretty new at creating gadgets for DesktopX and I need some help. I have created a basic analog clock. I would like to be able to have multiple clock faces and change them by a simple click on the clock. The clock and egg timer ARE from Windows Sidebar, and so far no one has ported them to DesktopX as individual widgets or gadgets yet. The calendar is Rainlendar.

It's not even the downloads, half the libraries don't display the thumbnails, how can you even see what the heck you are going to download????? And I haven't even downloaded anything more than 5 megs at the most in the past 6 months, so that should not be the problem. Have you guys checked it out yourselfs. Try objectDock or the Logons for exsample. I have tried to look at it in IE6, Mozilla, Netscape7, and tried it on several different computers. NOTHING!!!! C'mon guys, figure it out

Yep Same here. No images/thumbnail vies in any of the libraries. Has anyone contacted wincustomize and brought this to their attention?
