Ah, thank you! I figured out the problem. I opened one of the images to resave it and it had a parser error, so I re-made it again.

Ah, okay, sorry. Myriad parser error windows shows up when I try to apply the logon screen, and I am using Windows XP. I got the parser error 5-hundred-something first but when I re-saved all my images as BMP, instead parser error line 14 showed up. (I'm wondering whether using a genuine version or non-genuine version of windows would change anything?)

Like most others in the forum, I have an error windows popping up; Parser error, line 14. I tried re-saving all my files as BMP but that hasn't worked. I'm using english language and the correct version for my pc.
